HR Administrator to join our team in Dubai:
About the Role:
In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our HR department and fostering a positive employee experience. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Conducting exit interviews and implementing strategies to improve employee retention.
Drafting and managing offer letters, salary certificates, and increment letters.
Ensuring accurate and efficient employee documentation management.
Collaborating with the accounts team for timely settlement of vendor invoices and petty cash.
Demonstrating a proactive approach to tackle other HR-related tasks assigned by the line manager.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR administration, with a strong focus on employee engagement.
Enthusiastic, go-getter attitude with a self-starter mentality.
Eager to learn, adapt, and excel with excellent communication skills.
