This position assists in the creation and update of training materials and the delivery of training to all Colleagues, impacting on the skills, knowledge and attitudes of every Colleague. Promotes the desired work culture around the Core Values of the Company and our brand philosophy. Provides on-the-job training to departmental trainers.
