Commercial Executive

FMCG Trading company in Dubai is urgently looking for a Commercial Executive with experience in the same field. Responsibilities: Liaise closely with suppliers, principals and team members and effectively manage order to maximize sales levels •Monitor purchase requirements and movement, keep track of supplier order cycles and avoid out of stock positions expiries •Must have exposure to LC Terms, knowledge of accounts payable and receivable would be an advantage •Place the orders in conjunction with the principals and ensure timely delivery •Liaise with shipping agencies to get the optimum rates for the appropriate shipment terms •Monitor and resolve inventory discrepancies if any with supplier Generate and analyze timely and accurate reports related to stock, shipment, forecast etc for smooth functioning of Supply Chain. Other Considerations : • Knowledge in local customs and shipment formalities • Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of online applications • Experience in handling import and Export documentation • desired Contacts : Logistics, Customs, municipalities, Shipping Companies etc • Age : Below 30 years Experience 3 - 5 years Education: Basic - Any Graduation with relevant certification, Nationality: Any Nationality Gender: Any.
