Project Manager

Due to the rapid expansion of our business as a leading Engineering Consultancy around the region, we are seeking for ambitious and self-driven qualified calibers to apply for the position of Project Manager. The  Project  Manager  is  responsible  for  the  overall  supervision  of  the assigned  project(s)  to  assure  that  the  project  conforms  and completed within  the  allocated  period  of  time  and  budget.  Main Responsibilities: Handling Coordination and control of all techno commercial aspects Ensuring and implementing Client, Contract, and Local Authorities Regulations Handling all aspects of Project’s Safety and Security Mange the approval process of shop drawings, submittal and review Subcontract agreement Review contractor´s safety systems, procedures and monitor implementation across the project site. Design Review and Value Engineering Preparing Monthly Reports and Interim Payment Establish good relationship with the Client, other Consultants and Authorities Attend Coordination and Management Meetings Dealing with Handing over Procedure and Contract Close-out Review and handling Contractors Interim Valuation and Disputes issues 
 
Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience Engineering degree preferred B. Sc. in Architectural / Structural. Certified PMP, Implement and dealing with FIDIC and International Building Codes Managing technical and contractual information for large scale projects and various projects types including high-rise towers is a must Minimum 15 years related Project Management and consultancy experience. Bilingual, Good Communication skills, command of English (written and verbal) Knowledge of related Engineering Software. Availability: Immediately.

Resume Keyword Practices to Avoid
We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
However, be careful not to overdo it.
Packing your resume full of keywords is almost as bad as not including any at all.
Don’t forget that a real person will (hopefully) see your resume at some point. So use natural language that engages that person.
Tip
Make sure you balance hard skills vs soft skills on your resume to show you’re a rounded candidate.
Otherwise, they’ll think you’re either a bad writer — which indicates your communication skills aren’t good — or assume you’re trying to beat the ATS, making you seem dishonest.

 

Hidden Keywords
This is a sneakier trick some applicants use. It involves copy-pasting a keyword several times, but applying a white font so that the keywords are invisible.
But because the ATS scans all words despite their color, it counts all instances of a keyword. For example, a resume might contain five “invisible” instances of the keyword “business analysis” but only three “visible” ones. The “Find” tool can reveal where invisible keywords are:

Invisible keywords are used by some candidates.
The ATS counts all eight instances though, and “ranks” that resume higher.
However, since most ATS software lets the hiring manager see a plain text version of the resume, “hidden” keywords appear, and they’ll see your trick.
The result? You’ll come across as untrustworthy, and not worth hiring.
