The Candidate should have post graduate degree in the field of Engineering and should be able to execute the construction of G+4 Residential / Commercial Buildings. Should have a sound knowledge of construction operations starting from designing, planning, procurement, execution and final finish. Should Supervises and oversees construction projects with all applicable licensing, building, fire code, insurance, and Dubai municipality requirement. Candidate should be able to manage by himself day to day legal, financial, and commercial and management of the company.
