Quantity Surveyor/Estimator – Dubai – 03art05 For a reputed Interior Fit-Out Company in Dubai Location: Dubai Industry: Architecture/Interior Design Department: Site Management Min. exp. in same role: 2 years Min. exp. in same industry: 4 years Education: B-Tech Civil Engineering Salary: AED 8,000 to 12,000 basic salary (depending on experience) plus medical insurance and annual ticket Additional details: • Must have knowledge in creating accurate BOQs. • Must be capable of creating competitive quotations. • Have a pool of subcontractors where the company can get the best quote for the jobs which are given away for subcontracting • Should there be any changes at the site, promptly intimate the designer regarding the changes and initiate the new layout • Should there be any variations at the site, create the variation list, make a new BOQ and finalize the variation quotation • Responsible for all paper work related to the initiation of the project
