To assist Admin Department with the following • Typing letters, faxes, memos and other correspondence. • Updating the databases. • Arranging air tickets as and when necessary. • Arranging visas for business trips outside the U.A.E. • Updating the leave / absent data list. • Filing and updating personnel files. • Coordinating with Admin Incharge for routine jobs relating to Labor and Immigration. • Distribution of incoming faxes and emails to the concerned Depts as and when necessary. • Maintaining records of all day-to-day correspondence in relevant files. • Entering details of all established personnel in the SAP System. 2- To backup Admin Assistant, Secretary and Service or Sales Receptionist when he/she is on leave.
