We are Hiring Accountant.
Prepare and process of filing VAT Tax returns.
Prepare Payment Request for vendors and monthly expenses and monthly payroll.
Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.
Managing adequate cash-flow for timely payment schedules for internal and external suppliers.
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
Prepares Sales Report Daily Monthly, Quarterly and Annually. Prepares Projects Monitoring and Budgeting.
Prepare Financial Statements such as, Cash Flow, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet.
Responsible in Assisting on External Audit for the year-end Financial Reports.
Coordinate tasks and work with other departments. With good communication skill both verbal and written With high levels of integrity and confidentiality at all times.
1 years experience with a proven successful track in a similar position. (Interior Fit out & Joinery) UAE Experience within a tax environment is an advantage.
Understanding of UAE VAT laws, VAT registration and implementation (Practical experience),Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: Solid knowledge with the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and IFRS.
Proficient in Tally, MS Office, especially in excel, QuickBooks and ERP software.
Commercial and business awareness.
Consistent, accurate, Integrity, results oriented, time management, excellent communication and presentation skills Problem-solving skills and self-initiative, negotiation skills & the ability to influence others.
