Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced freelance Civil Engineer to serve as a Project Manager for a 3-month project. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and a comprehensive understanding of construction materials and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the Site Project from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the specified timeframe and budget.
Demonstrate relevant qualifications and substantial experience in the field of civil engineering.
Proven track record of managing construction projects effectively.
Possess in-depth knowledge of various construction materials, including but not limited to electric cables, cement quality, steel quality, and other relevant materials.
Ensure the use of appropriate materials to meet project requirements and standards.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
Ensure that all work is carried out to high-quality standards and within budget.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain safety and quality on the construction site.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional certification or licensure in civil engineering is a plus.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction materials and quality standards.
Proficiency in report generation and data analysis.
Duration And Compensation:
This freelance position is for a 3-month project with a monthly compensation ranging from 3,500-8,000 AED, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
