Job Summary:
As a Senior Technician with expertise in dealing with both mechanical and electrical systems of ALL German Cars, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of equipment, and providing guidance to junior technicians. Your in-depth knowledge and diagnostic abilities will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems of BMW and German Cars, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical circuits, and control systems.
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to diagnose complex problems and develop effective repair solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, assisting them in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to BMW and German car models.
Utilize computerized diagnostic tools and software to identify faults and perform accurate repairs.
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to effectively troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems specific to BMW and German car models.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, labor hours, and equipment status.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent in Automotive Repair.
5+ years experience as a mechanic
Working knowledge of diagnostic tools and software
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in cramped spaces.
