Stone Bridge Real Estate are expanding their team and currently hiring real estate consultants within Dubai.

We are looking for motivated real estate agents who currently work in sales or leasing in Dubai real estate and are looking for a new challenge in a commission-based role.

Experienced or non experienced individuals both are welcome to apply.

Position is commission based only, no salary provided.

Requirements:

*Self motivated.

*Listing and marketing properties for sale and rent.

*Generate new property listings.

*Engage with property owners to facilitate leasing or selling transactions.

*Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions.

*Negotiating offers with Clients/Landlords.

*Preference towards experienced consultants specializing in a community.

*Basic computer / IT knowledge.

*Attitude and a Hunger to Succeed.

*Disciplined, organized and trustworthy.

*Strong Sales, Negotiation and Communication skills.


*Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets.

*UAE driving License and your own Vehicle is a bonus but not mandatory.

*Bachelors degree
