Responsibilities:

 Dealing with breach of contracts in a timely manner
 Serve as key liaison with outsourcing representatives.
 Developing and implementing contract purchase proposals, especially in the field of contracting and real estate
 Research regulations to ensure contracts are up to date and comply with laws.
 Coordinate with clients to ensure that contract terms are met in accordance with terms and regulations. Preparing contractual agreements using current research methods, knowledge of the client’s needs and the ability to meet his requirements.
 Collaborate with a legal team consisting of attorneys, paralegals, and office staff.
 Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements are written in legally binding language and in accordance with the client’s wishes.
 Assisting clients to fulfill terms of contracts or terminate them on mutually amicable terms.
 Review contract terms and conditions to verify compliance with company and personnel policies and all regulations.
 Clearly explain contract terms to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language
 Self-monitors progress against completion schedule to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner.
 Proofread, edit, and proofread legal documents for accuracy and consistency, according to a style guide if provided by the client.
