HR Operations Manager

Looking to hire an HR Operations Manager for one of our startup company in Dubai, UAE.

JOB OVERVIEW:
Operations Managers (or HR-Managers) oversee all the operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments. This person will be highly skilled in human resources, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up initial resources and accommodation in the designated city/ country.
- Hiring, managing, and admitting Technical employees from other countries if required.
- Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Maintaining constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations.
- Processing and analyzing all internal expenses to ensure all activities are on time and within budget.
- Conducting reviews and reporting cost plans to upper management.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
- Work with the board of directors to determine the mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- +5 years of working experience in Dubai, UAE.
- +3 years of experience in an operational management role.
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight.
- Good sense of labour market and current best practices.
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
- Working knowledge of business productivity measurement.
- Working knowledge of management software such as HRIS, Payroll, etc.
- Organizational and leadership skills.
- Pro-active, adaptive, and flexible mindset.

PREFER TO HAVE
- Candidates with experience hiring Technical Employees
- Candidates with experience with startup companies and/or IT companies
- HR experience in IT company : outsource/ offshore companies
- Living experience and strong knowledge in Dubai.

How to Use Keywords in Your Resume
ATS software is not always accurate. So when you’ve found the keywords to put on your resume, you need to include them clearly so that the ATS can read them.
Don’t: Embed resume keywords in images or use fancy fonts.
Do: Use standard fonts and avoid images in favor of plain text.

 

Include a Mix of Skills, Qualifications, and Industry-specific Words
The ideal keywords to include in your resume should be related to soft skills and hard skills.
Other keywords include any certifications you have — as long as they’re specified in the job listing.
For instance, if the job ad for a web developer role mentions “programming languages,” your skills section might look like this:
C++
Java
Python
TypeScript
These languages are good examples of industry-specific terminology. Only people specializing in IT are likely to know what “TypeScript” is.
It’s important to use job-specific resume keywords so that the hiring manager knows you’re familiar with the industry — even if you’re looking for an entry-level job.
Including these words shows you’ve done at least the minimum amount of research, and have an interest in the field.
Also, use synonyms to increase the variety of keywords on your resume. A “programmer” should also refer to themself as a “coder” because these two words mean roughly the same thing, and you never know exactly what terms have been programmed into the ATS.
