HR Manager

Job Overview: Seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the unique HR needs and challenges within the real estate industry, coupled with strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the real estate organization.

Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various roles within the company, including real estate agents, property managers, and administrative staff. Develop effective onboarding processes and training programs to ensure new hires are equipped for success.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development. Foster a positive work environment that promotes open communication, collaboration, and employee engagement.

Compliance and Legal Matters: Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations within the real estate industry and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a fair and equitable workplace.

Employee Development and Training: Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among employees. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance, productivity, and career advancement within the real estate industry.

Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate goal setting and career development. Work with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans as needed.

Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
*Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with a focus on the real estate industry preferred.
*Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the real estate industry.
*Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy development.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
*Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
*Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
