Responsibilities:

Female Office Admin Assistant

- Handle office tasks like answering calls, emails, and managing correspondence.

- Schedule Fleet duties, appointments, and tours arrangements.

- Maintain accurate records, and office supplies.

- Assist with billing, invoicing, and HR functions.

- Liaise with clients, and staff as needed.


Requirements:

- High school certificate or diploma

- Experience in admin roles, ideally in transportation.

- Proficiency in MS Office and organizational skills.
