EverServe Consultants is searching for a highly motivated Site Quality Manager to join our team in the UAE. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of Process Plant & Pipeline projects for a leading Oil & Gas Construction Company.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading all quality control activities across project phases, from design and engineering to commissioning. You'll develop and implement a comprehensive Project Quality Plan, oversee quality documentation, and ensure adherence to ADNOC standards and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
Create and manage Contract Specific Procedures, Work Instructions, and Quality Control Plans (QCPs/ITPs)
Guide project line management on quality control and verification activities
Manage project quality records, including acceptance certificates and handover packages
Conduct internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions
Oversee subcontractor quality systems and performance
Review and approve vendor quality documents
Maintain strong relationships with client representatives on all quality matters
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Production (or equivalent)
Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent QMS) certification (IRCA Registered or equivalent)
Minimum 20 years of experience in EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning) for onshore Refinery/Petroleum, Oil & Gas facilities, or Pipeline projects, including live installations
At least 5 years of experience as a QA Manager in Oil & Gas projects within the Middle East
Proven ability to establish, operate, and maintain a quality management system in accordance with international standards
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of quality management principles for design, engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, testing, and commissioning phases
Familiarity with Flawless Project Delivery, RFT, Lean Management, and Technical Integrity Verifications a plus
