About the Role:
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth within the HORECA sector. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the industry to identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals.
Here's what you'll do:
Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities within the HORECA industry.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Deliver impactful presentations that showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
Negotiate and close deals, handling objections confidently.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and support.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
A minimum of (mention years) of experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA industry (experience with food products like Sauces, Broth, Breaded Products, Cold Cuts, Frozen Meals is a plus).
A deep understanding of the HORECA market, including current trends, challenges, and key players.
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively pitch to clients.
Excellent relationship-building abilities and the ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals independently.
A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the drive to succeed.
A valid UAE driver's license (required).
Experience in field work (required).
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
