Eastern Housing is seeking a highly motivated Off-Plan Property Consultant to
join our team in Dubai. In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in driving sales of our off-plan properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through targeted marketing initiatives and cold calling
Develop a robust sales funnel by qualifying leads and nurturing client relationships
Schedule appointments and confidently present property offerings to potential buyers
Leverage strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales
Exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success
Maintain accurate records within our CRM system
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales in the UAE
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to build rapport and identify client needs to deliver exceptional customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages a strong asset
