We are currently seeking 5 highly motivated Civil Site Engineers to join our team in Dubai:

About the Role:
In this role, you will play a key role in the construction of villas and high-rise buildings, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Overseeing daily construction activities
Monitoring compliance with plans and specifications
Identifying and resolving technical problems
Preparing and maintaining construction documents
Ensuring adherence to safety regulations
Collaborating effectively with project stakeholders

Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
4-6 years of experience in site engineering for villas and high-rise buildings (within the UAE is a plus)
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant construction software
A passion for quality and a commitment to safety
