Are you a quality control/assurance professional with a passion for ensuring construction excellence?
Romix Group is searching for a talented Quality Engineer to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you'll play a vital role in upholding the highest standards for our ready-mix concrete products.

Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished concrete to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards (ASTM, BS etc.).
Perform laboratory tests on concrete samples to verify strength, durability, and other key properties.
Prepare and maintain detailed quality control documentation.
Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with production, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Stay up-to-date on relevant quality control regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (e.g., Materials Science).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE's ready-mix concrete industry.
Strong understanding of concrete technology and quality control principles.
Proficiency in using relevant quality control testing equipment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English; Arabic a plus.
