Job Description

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Trade Finance Tester/Supply Finance Tester to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Transaction Banking industry, specifically with Open Account Trade Products, Supply Chain Finance, and Receivables Finance. This role involves understanding and documenting customer business functions, translating business visions into solutions, and enhancing the customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Leverage a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Transaction Banking industry and over 10 years in banking.

Apply domain expertise in Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance.

Understand business objectives and strategic plans, and align them with the organization’s goals.

Define and document customer business functions and processes.

Serve as a domain expert in the Supply Chain Finance market, translating visions into solutions.

Identify, define, and document business needs and objectives.

Analyze current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access after consulting with functional unit management and personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Transaction Banking industry, specifically with Open Account Trade Products.

Over 10 years of experience in the banking sector.

Strong domain experience in Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance.

Proven ability to understand and document business objectives, processes, and needs.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Resume Keyword Practices to Avoid
We’ve established that using resume keywords throughout your application boosts your chances of a human hiring manager seeing it.
However, be careful not to overdo it.
Packing your resume full of keywords is almost as bad as not including any at all.
Don’t forget that a real person will (hopefully) see your resume at some point. So use natural language that engages that person.
Tip
Make sure you balance hard skills vs soft skills on your resume to show you’re a rounded candidate.
Otherwise, they’ll think you’re either a bad writer — which indicates your communication skills aren’t good — or assume you’re trying to beat the ATS, making you seem dishonest.
