Sales Engineer Onshore

Responsibilities:
Research and compile a comprehensive database of potential new clients and establish relationships.
Proactively create opportunities and generate inquiries for water treatment systems and services.
Engage with key stakeholders to expand company’s presence in target markets through networking and relationship-building.
Collaborate with the process and proposals team to develop competitive proposals tailored to client requirements and tender specifications.
Follow up diligently with potential clients identified from the enquiry.
Respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries and service-related issues, providing necessary technical specifications and supporting documents.
Conclude sales agreements with clients while maintaining compliance with approved pricing and margin guidelines.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate delivery commitments align with customer requirements.
Provide regular weekly reports on potential sales, market insights, client interactions, and lead progress.
Conduct regular follow ups with clients to gauge their satisfaction with product quality and service.
Ensure timely followup and collection of accounts receivable in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
Gather and analyze client feedback, promptly addressing any issues to prevent recurrence and enhance customer satisfaction.
Strive to meet both quality and business objectives.
Undertake any additional responsibilities as delegated by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering) from an accredited university
5+ years of experience in the water treatment/desalination industry in the UAE
Target driven, highly motivated, positive attitude and with excellent presentation & communication skills
Possess innate sales aptitude and employ effective sales methodologies
Strong inter-personal & decision-making skills
Must display strategic thinking and a strong business acumen
Extensive networking experience within the Marine and Oil & Gas sectors
Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (mandate)
Must have a valid UAE driving license

Salary: AED 12000 to 14000
