Job Responsibilities:
-Facilitate the smooth transition of properties from construction completion to handover to clients.
-Coordinate with internal teams, including construction, sales, and legal departments, to ensure all handover requirements are met.
-Liaise with external stakeholders, such as contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to obtain necessary approvals and certifications for handover.
-Conduct thorough inspections of properties to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready for handover.
-Prepare handover documentation, including completion certificates, warranties, and maintenance manuals, and ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
-Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the handover process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
-Conduct post-handover follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns.
