Responsibilities:

Review Bids / Contracts offered by Vendors or Sub-contractors in order to
choose the most cost-effective options.
Review contracts documents issued by Client for accuracy and compliance.
Correspondence and negotiation with Client, Vendors or Sub-contractors for
proposal, contract conditions.
Receives and Logs ITT (Invitation to Tender), RTT (Request to Tender), RFQ (Request for Quotation) or any form on invitation to bid in general and examines them if they suit to the Company’s range of products and services.
Understand all project cost estimates including materials, personnel and equipment costs and coordinate with the project team to clarify any discrepancies.
Prepare Technical/ Commercial bids, and ensure documentation is according to the ITT/RTT/RFQ requirements and submission guidelines.

Other requirements:

Bachelor Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Industry etc.
At least 6 years of cost estimation, contracting, project engineer experience in EPC, turnaround, construction projects in Oil & Gas Industry.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
