Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create customized recruitment plans.
Candidate Management:
Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
Networking and Relationship Building:
Build and maintain a robust network of candidates and industry professionals through various channels.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing, selection, and onboarding best practices.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in the UAE.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Experience:
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or talent acquisition specialist in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and skill sets required for various roles.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in recruitment or human resources management is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while maintaining high attention to detail.
