We seek an experienced (2 years) and highly organized Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in organizing and managing special projects and events as required.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on pending matters.
