Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accountant/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and overseeing cashier duties. This role requires a high level of accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle financial transactions with integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and gene entries.
Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
Handle cash transactions, manage cash register operations, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
Reconcile cash drawers and bank deposits.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records of stock.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Address and resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or cashier in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of auto parts industry is a plus.
