Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in the UAE and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
Communicate with public services when necessary.
Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the UAE.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
