We are looking for a Business Manager- Education to be based in Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Responsible to manage the channel sales Education for Dubai, that includes recruiting new partners/ resellers and retaining and scaling the existing ones
* Candidate will be responsible for achieving the revenue target, profitability and developing channel strategies in the region.
* Work with the sales and presales team of the partner to make sure the Co. distribution products are specified by the partner into end user accounts
* Proactively lead the joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
* Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
* Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
* Will be responsible to achieve the vendor target and KPIs.
* Enablement and training of Education partners

Requirements:
*Minimum of 7-8 years’ experience in the AV distribution/Integration
*Should have a minimum of 3-4 years sales experience in Education Market, both with the partners and the end users.
*Technical knowledge of the current AV solutions.
