Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and versatile Sales and Marketing Specialist with expertise in digital marketing strategies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both traditional and digital marketing, with a focus on driving brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and accelerating business growth through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Social Media Management: Oversee and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. Create strategies to boost engagement and follower growth.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and understand the competitive landscape. Use insights to shape marketing strategies.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and webinars, handling logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-ups.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and strong ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive and successful marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in both traditional and digital channels.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
Experience in traditional marketing methods, including print advertising, direct mail, and event marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design software's.
Knowledge of video production and editing.
Experience working with marketing automation tools.
