Office Boy cum Cleaner

Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, cubicles, cabins and meeting rooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Ensure the cleanliness of all office areas, including restrooms, pantry, are cleaned and disinfected daily.
Clean and maintain the kitchen area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist in setting up meetings or conferences by arranging chairs, tables, and audio-visual equipment.
Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-organized.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents.
Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Prepare and serve coffee/tea to all employees, guests and top management.
Greet clients and visitors as needed.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the office manager.
Help in loading/unloading and packing materials when required.
Wipe the plant pots and water plants weekly.
Perform any other task assigned by the Office Manager.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous UAE experience as an office boy or in a similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, Coffee machine and photocopiers.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Must speak English at an intermediate level.
Well groomed and should be neatly dresses and presentable.
Company Location : Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)
Package Includes: Salary , visa, and medical insurance.
Accommodation and Transportation: Not provided.
Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday – Friday). Saturday work required only if there is urgent work or a deadline.
