Job Description:
- Provide excellent guest service in line with Jannah Hotels & Resorts' Values and Vision.
- Maximize efforts for all revenue streams of Jannah Hotels & Resorts.
- Meet and exceed budgeted revenues, ensuring the Hotels' RevPAR indexes are maintained or enhanced.
- Play a lead role in developing and implementing each hotel's yield strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that revenue management practices align with Jannah Hotels' policies, as defined by the Corporate Revenue Team.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports.
- Evaluate trends in group inventories & rates, including occupancy, goals, product lines, and strategic sales goals.
- Maximize revenue by monitoring transient and group production, ensuring an optimal guest mix.
- Evaluate group booking requests to avoid displacing higher yielding revenue.
- Research and monitor marketing channels, key accounts, and other production.
- Ensure the Hotels' positioning in GDS and other distribution channels aligns with selling strategies, including rate and availability audits.
- Establish goals and benchmarks to measure performance effectively.
- Analyze the impact of revenue management strategies implemented by the Reservations Team.
- Implement all changes and recommendations with the support of the Hotels' Revenue Team.

General Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on competitors' revenue management practices to identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Assist in the development of hotel budgets.
- Forecast within acceptable tolerance levels.
- Implement Revenue Management basics and standards.
- Utilize tools to automate and streamline consultations and document action plans.
- Participate in regular training programs to stay updated and relevant.

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Cluster Revenue Management, with 1 to 2 years in a similar position.
- UAE experience is a must, with a preference for Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Location: On-site at our Head Office located in Abu Dhabi.
