Key Responsibilities:
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
Provide basic IT support to employees for issues related to Microsoft Office, email, and other business applications.
Log, manage, and resolve support tickets under supervision.
System Setup & Maintenance:
Help install and configure operating systems, hardware, and software as needed.
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Support in routine maintenance tasks, including system updates and backups.
Network & Connectivity Support:
Help troubleshoot basic network issues (e.g., Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access).
Learn about network configurations, cabling, and router setups.
