Key Responsibilities:
1) Validate, Verify and process sales orders.
2) Follow up with Sales, Customers and DU Processing team from submission to activation of orders.
3) Build relationships with customers and help them answering their queries and ensure monthly bill payments are done.
4) Maintain necessary MIS trackers and update management on daily, weekly & monthly performance
Qualifications:
a) Trust worthy, reliable and willing to learn.
b) Good proficiency in Excel, Word, Emails.
c) Good communication.
d) Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
