Hotel Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Hotel Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel in Dubai Al Nahda 2. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction.
Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing training and support as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the hotel is well-stocked and maintained.
Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and improve guest experiences.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a diverse team and handle various situations with professionalism.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
