Job Title: Production Data Entry Executive – FMCG Industry

Company: Al Barakah Dates Factory  LLC
Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2500 - 3000 + Accommodation
Job Type: Full-time
- Candidate must currently be based in Dubai. (Applications from outside the UAE will not be considered).

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and close daily production orders.
- Ensure accurate consumption of elaborated/packaging/raw materials/ingredients in SAP.
- Prepare daily Yield reports and generate monthly production reports.
- Perform month-end closing processes.
- Evaluate and resolve all COGI issues in SAP.
- Confirm production processes correctly in the SAP system.
- Monitor daily inventory variation between SAP and physical stock.
- Review BOM and actual consumption, identify deviations, and provide justifications.
- Maintain well-organized records of production data and material consumption.
- Manage Anomaly Reports for losses and inventory adjustments; perform write-offs for non-conforming production stocks.
- Ensure traceability systems are in place across production areas.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail is essential.
