Key Responsibilities
Should have experience in onboarding new candite’s / setting up interviews/ engagement activates / communications
Maintaining employee records and documentation
Managing employee queries
Performing administrative tasks
Preparing HR documents and communication material
Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department
Interact with managers and heads of various departments to disseminate information
Prepare, update, and maintain complete documentation in a digital archive
Literate with solid expertise in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
