Eventlab is on the lookout for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Dubai! If you have a passion for driving organizational success through innovative HR strategies and fostering a positive work environment, this opportunity is for you.
What You Will Do:
Lead the entire recruitment process and onboard top talent
Champion company culture and employee engagement programs
Manage employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and implement HR best practices
Develop strategies to boost employee satisfaction and retention
Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership
Oversee training, development, and career growth initiatives
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive workplace relationships
What We’re Looking For:
Must be currently based in Dubai
Proven HR Manager experience in the UAE
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws
Strong background in employee onboarding and integration
Expertise in HR best practices and policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Background in the sports industry is a plus!
