Role Description
 
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role located on-site in Dubai, UAE at Motif Interiors. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with the design and construction teams to deliver outstanding office solutions.
 
Qualifications
 
Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of the design and construction industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
