Position Details 
Location: Dubai (Full-time, office-based) 
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years in travel, tourism, or hospitality 
Education: Bachelor's degree required 

What You’ll Do 
- Build strong relationships with hotel partners 
- Negotiate competitive rates and exclusive offers 
- Represent Rustar Tourism at road shows and networking events 
- Lead FAM (familiarization) trips to build deeper connections and knowledge of our destinations

What We’re Looking For 
Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities 
Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory) 
A passion for the tourism industry with a proactive, professional approach
