Your Role:

- Supporting a team of agents throughout presales, sales and after sales process.
- Create listing ads in all portals (Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle).
- Guide & educate agents on how to improve listings.
- Create Contracts A, B and F.
- AML/KYC and compliance adherence
- Stay informed and updated with DLD and RERA regulations.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office systems and procedures.

About You:

- Minimum of secondary education. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must have 1+ years of real estate administration experience.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in handling myCRM, Trakheesi, Dubai Rest App, Property Finder, PF Manager, Price Finder, Data Finder, Property Monitor, Dubizzle, Bayut and other portals for property listings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Thourough understanding of real estate transactions.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive materials.

Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 4,500
