Food and Beverage Operation Manager

We are hiring of Food and Beverage Operation Manager. The Operation Manager will provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
The main purpose of this job is to focus on improving the operational efficiency of the organization and enhancing customers’ overall experience with Icons. The OM will ensure that menu and food development are of a high quality, oversee the recruitment of Store Managers, ensure adherence to food safety regulations, ensure compliance and oversee the local and global outlet network consisting of own outlets as well as franchisees.

The OM has responsibilities in the following areas:
•       Operation Management
•       Quality Control
•       Country Management
•       F&B Development
•       Learning & Training
•       Other responsibilities

Main duties
•       Provide day-to-day leadership and management to Icons that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the organization;
•       Responsible for driving the organization to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives;
•       Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes;
•       The OM will be strategically responsible for location evaluation and identifying new growth opportunities and endorsing investments in new outlets;

•       Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of Icons;
•       Assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Organization to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives;
•       Lead product optimizations and new developments to innovate and excite the customers on an ongoing basis
•       Evaluate store assessments, assist in store trainings and implement fast actions to assure quality is up to the standards
Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.

Qualifications and experience
•       A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. A bachelor’s degree in operations or supply chain management shall be preferable;
10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry of which the last 5 years should have been in a senior operations or management related role.
