Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s digital strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead initiatives to optimize digital platforms for content distribution and audience engagement.
Drive innovation across content, product, and marketing to elevate brand presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience across digital touchpoints.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and digital performance metrics to refine strategies.
Manage campaigns and projects with a focus on music and entertainment content.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 7–12 years in a similar role, with a strong digital focus.
Work experience in Radio or Music OTT is a plus.
Skills:
Proven expertise in the digital ecosystem, including platforms and analytics.
Deep understanding of the entertainment industry, especially music as a category.
Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative content marketing strategies.
Strong background in product management and digital marketing.
Location Preference: Prior experience working or familiarity with the MENA region is a plus.
