- Managing employee grievances and listening sessions
- Managing probation reviews, PIP and PDP related to employee performances.
- Implement training programs, manage training trackers.
- Coordinate for Talent Reviews, Succession planning and career path with the Line Managers.
- Manage weekly/monthly employee engagement activities
- Support in driving activities to build morale, improve workplace *relationships, and boost productivity and retention.
- Support on rolling out on boarding / exit surveys.
- Oversee daily operations of the P&C team.
