Job Opening: Psychologist/Psychiatrist (Revenue share ONLY)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

1. For Psychologists:
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients
• Provide therapy sessions, including CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based approaches
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and progress reports.

2. For Psychiatrists:
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using a medical and therapeutic approach.
• Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
• Provide consultation and crisis intervention services as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated with advancements in psychiatry and mental health treatments

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology/Psychiatry with relevant certifications
• Licensing/eligibility to practice in Dubai (DHA/HAAD)
• Proven experience in clinical or counseling psychology
• Experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
