Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will excel in freight and forwarding sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive freight sales by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with customized logistics solutions.
• Achieve sales targets of 4 times the base salary within stipulated timelines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong background in freight and forwarding sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales budgets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Compensation:
Competitive salary + commission. Sales targets set at 4 times the base salary.
