Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test raw materials and finished products to meet specifications.
- Conduct online inspections of production lines according to standards.
- Monitor Process Specifications for hygiene, sanitation, equipment, packing, and more.
- Report supplier inspection issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports following HACCP ISO standards.
- Knowledge of UAE health regulations and practical application expectations.
- Preferably a graduate in Fisheries.
- Ability to supervise a team effectively.
