Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to work in-office, 5 days a week.
- Experience working on a busy and demanding Service Desk, ideally supporting a large international customer base within a legal practice.
- Proficiency in supporting Microsoft Windows and Office, particularly Outlook and Word.
- Good understanding of PC hardware and software setup and configuration.
- Knowledge of Document Management Systems, preferably iManage.
- Experience using Active Directory.
- Familiarity with a software deployment package like SCCM.
- Knowledge of legal-specific applications like InterAction, Intapp, is an advantage.
- Troubleshooting and support experience for telephone systems.
- Experience logging tickets in ITSM call logging software.
