Mileo Hotel Management is seeking a highly skilled - Senior Accountant - to lead and elevate our accounting operations in Dubai. Join our dynamic finance team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support audit processes and collaborate with external auditors.
- Lead a team, ensuring continuous improvement in policies and procedures.

Required Expertise:
- 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the hotel industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle Netsuite, and strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CMA, CPA preferred).
- Expertise in financial reporting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance.
