About the Role:
As a Senior HR Manager, you will be the driving force behind our HR strategies across UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this pivotal role involves managing regional teams and includes travel opportunities to ensure alignment and excellence across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Provide expert HR support to the leadership team, ensuring compliance and innovation.
Lead HR operations across the region, fostering a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 4-5 years in the UAE and 12-14 years overall in HR.
Sector Expertise: Retail/luxury experience is mandatory.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams and drive HR initiatives across multiple geographies.
Mobility: Willingness to travel across the UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain.
